We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We hope you enjoy your recent purchases as much as we enjoyed making them. RQ Home products are crafted in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

All RQ Home.com orders are shipped from our Rutland, Vermont facility via UPS. We offer UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground service. For an estimate of shipping charges, please use the calculator in your shopping cart. Shipping charges for all service levels will be provided during checkout for your review before submitting your order. Shipping charges are based upon weight, destination and service level.
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after they are submitted. For instance, if Next Day service is selected the order will ship via Next Day service within 1 to 2 business days. It does not necessarily mean it will reach its destination the Next Day.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us or call our direct line 1-800-299-5500.
Presently, we are only shipping to the lower 48 U.S. States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us to see if such arrangements can be made.
We currently do not offer the option of multiple shipping points within the same order. If you would like to order items for multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each shipping address.
At RQ Home we pay close attention to every detail of the manufacturing and shipping process. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect the items purchased. If any items are damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us or call our direct line 1-800-299-5500 to resolve the issue.
You may exchange or return products for a full refund, less freight charges, via the original form of payment for the order, within 30 days from the original purchase date.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns before they are shipped back to RQ Home for replacement, exchange or credit. For your convenience, you can begin the return process online by logging into your RQ Home account and clicking the returns link on your account page. If checked out as a guest, please visit our guest returns section. When submitting the return request, please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement or merchandise credit. Or you can contact us directly, 1-800-299-5500, for an RA number.
For exchanges that result from a manufacturer defect, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
When returning for credit or exchange:
- A copy of the original sales order MUST be included within the shipment.
- A copy of the Return Authorization MUST be included within the shipment.
- The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. We recommend that you write the RA number on two places.
If returning a gift, please contact us directly to receive your Return Authorization number. Please have your order number available. Your order number can be found on the original packing slip.
Canceling and Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping. Please reference our Return Policy if your order has shipped prior to canceling your order.
